Hello Friends. For those not familiar with us, myself (Olivia) and my husband Tannis own and operate our cottage bakery, Olivia's Kitchen, which we started in 2021 after I was laid off from my position as a Sous Chef at WDW, because of covid.

We have been serving the Orlando Community (locals and tourists alike) for the past 5 years.

Our business has recently been impacted in an unexpected and overwhelming way due to sudden changes implemented by Walt Disney World and their future ability to allow 3rd party vendors deliveries to their property. These changes in policy have directly affected our ability to serve many of our clients and have created an immediate financial hardship at a time when we were working so hard to grow our small business and serve our community. We are already beginning to feel the impact, as we have slowly begun processing the many order cancellations that need to be made, and refunds to be issued for those not able to meet in person.

While we are doing everything we can to pivot, reorganize, and build a new path forward, it is already clear that we will need short-term support to help us stay afloat during this difficult transition.

Any contribution through crowdfunding would provide critical relief for our small business, helping us cover essential expenses, allowing us to continue to pay our small staff and giving us the time and resources needed to adapt to a new business model and continue moving forward.
