Help Olivia's Family Restore Running Water

Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm the 2nd of 4 children and my family is currently struggling to keep the bills paid on time and we currently do not have any running water and won't until August with the way things are looking in our lives. The bill is aprox 1300 USD and That's basically an entire paycheck of my dad's so we are unable to pay it.
