Help Olivia Restart After House Fire

Donation protected
In the afternoon of December 30th Olivia Ulmer and her two roommates’ apartment in the Logan square neighborhood of Chicago caught fire due to an unknown electrical issue. While none of the girls were hurt, their entire building was severely damaged, and many possessions were destroyed or ruined.

Liv has no way to get what remains of her belongings. She has no car, and no money for a rental car. More so, she has no where to store her belongings once she gets them. She is currently staying with her boyfriend, and his roommate, but they do not have enough space for her items, Liv’s income was greatly slashed due to COVID-19, so even gathering the money for a storage unit is a un unforeseen burden, not to mention saving for a security deposit on a new apartment unit.

Liv is initially from Kentucky and moved to Chicago in hopes of acting. Her family is all currently still living there. While they are trying to help, COVID restrictions mean they are not able to travel to Illinois at this time.

All funds from this gofundme will go directly to Liv so she is able to attempt to retrieve some her possessions and store them safely while she looks for a new place to live. Anything unable to be saved after being destroyed by the fire (new bed, new bedding, clothing, etc) will also be replaced by this money. If you have the means please consider helping, every cent would truly be live changing for Liv and her current circumstances.
