Olivia Montes is 2 years old and lives in Santiago, Chile. One night in December, she began having seizures, and doctors discovered that she has stage 4 brain cancer. She has undergone 3 surgeries since December, but unfortunately, the treatment she needs now is not available in Chile. Her doctors are currently trying to line up treatment for her either in Spain or at St. Jude. Regardless, this is going to be a long road for Olivia and her family.

Pablo Leal (Emma's dad) has been friends with Nico, Olivia's dad, for over 20 years. Nico and Maca have 3 children, Olivia being the youngest. Nico has been there for Pablo through all the major milestones, and he and his family are truly lovely.
