I’m Cierra Hermann, I found out recently that my puppy Oliver has a torn ACL and his surgery is going to cost 2,000. I would typically never ask for help of any kind like this, but as a college student it’s very tough to even make rent. I’m doing everything that I can to gather enough money to get his surgery because he is only 5 years old and has another 10 years to go. I want those years to be pain free for him.
