Help Oliver Newton John get physical again
Donation protected
Hello! Most of you who know me know how difficult it is for me to reach out and ask for assistance in general, let alone financially, but life circumstances have a way of pushing us out of our comfort zone. As most of you know, Oliver Newton John just had to have an MRI and spinal surgery to fix a herniated disc in his spine. At this time, the neurologist is optimistic that he will make a full recovery as long as we take it slow. At this point, he can stand for about 10 seconds unassisted, we will be doing physical therapy with him three times a day, using a walking sling to support him, daily medication, and keeping him on strict crate rest for the next four weeks. While I wouldn't change this decision for the world because Oliver means everything to me, the unexpected expense has been a challenge already and we are still looking at months of medication, buying stairs and ramps for him, as well as further follow up treatments. His surgery/MRI costs were about $5,000 before factoring in anything else, so I was hoping to ask for a little assistance. I know times are tough for everyone and I do not expect anyone to donate at all, but a few people have reached out asking how they could support us and this would really help alleviate some of the anxiety. Whether it's $1 or $10, it is greatly appreciated and will be spent getting Oliver back to his "physical" self again. Thank you so much for everything in advance and I appreciate any and all support you might give!
