After an incredibly successful season so far, Dani and I have found ourselves in the fortunate position to be represented to select Great Britain at the World Championships for Artistic Roller Skating in Beijing, China.

As many of you will know, artistic roller skating in GB is almost entirely self-funded, and this makes it challenging to afford the international travel expenses associated with representing GB aboard. This is especially true of events like this one in a different continent where the flight costs alone can be upwards of £1000 per person, and this is before considering accomodation, transport, food & drink etc.

Not only this, but earlier in the year we were also fortunate to qualify for the World Cup Final, an event that GB skaters have only been selected for a handful of times. This was an honour for us to attend, but another additional expense that we had not initially anticipated.

We are determined to get to China to represent GB this year at the World Championship, but we need your help to get there!

Any contributions, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated. We hope to be able to use this to offset some of the costs of our travel, as this is the main expense we face. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported our skating so far, and we hope to continue to represent Team GB in the best way we can.
