Hello. As many of my friends know, I have rescued many rabbits over the years. Usually they get a shelter or rescue organization to sponsor them, but in this case, I don't have a sponsor for this rabbit.

Last week, I took in a senior rabbit, Olive, whose most recent owner genuinely has several serious health challenges that were obstacles for providing Olive proper care. About four years ago, I had boarded Olive and her husbun when they lived with a previous owner, so I have some history with her.

Olive is at least five years old (possibly older), spayed female Holland Lop. She has cataracts in both eyes, but doesn't appear to be completely blind. We have some concern that her molars may be showing some uneven wear, and may need some points filed down.

Olive has outlived two previous companions, and would probably appreciate the companionship of an older bunny to enjoy naps with.

This fundraiser is to pay for a veterinary exam for Olive, possibly including dental x-rays and filing.
