Decided to take Olive for an emergency vet visit (she was getting one anyway but we had to rush) because she had a bit of blood in her vomit today while I was at work. We are hoping a checkup and full bloodwork will help us figure out what’s wrong. Cross your fingers for her and if you can donate even $5 (vet bills are pricy and times are tough), we’d really appreciate it! Trying to give this gal a fighting chance to have an awesome spoiled life. Will post results / any bill updates when we get them.

Update: Olive tested negative for some scary stuff (FeLV, FIV, and heartworm). She received a round of dewormer and was sent home with something to protect her tummy while we figure out what’s going on with her. We are stoked she isn’t contagious and now it’s keep an eye on her until her next vet visit. Bill just went up a tad since she will be needing x-rays and a total body function blood test panel so thank you so much to everyone who has helped us out with these bills so far! She is the sweetest little cat I’ve ever met and we hope we can get her healthy and up to date with her shots so she can find an awesome home. Will continue posting updates.
