Please Help Me Fix My Tooth and Restore My Smile

Hi, my name is Olha, and I’m a pre-med college student working hard toward my future—but I’m currently facing a serious dental issue that’s impacting both my physical health and self-confidence.

A few years ago, while playing varsity tennis in high school, I was hit in the face with a tennis racket. That night, my front tooth was shattered. I had to undergo an emergency root canal, but due to financial constraints, I couldn’t afford the crown that was supposed to follow.

Now, three years later, the tooth has become infected and painful. I’ve consulted with several professionals, and they say I urgently need to have the root canal redone—a very difficult and expensive procedure not covered by insurance—estimated at $1,500. After that, I’ll still need a crown to properly restore the tooth, which could cost another $1,500–$2,000.

This situation has affected more than just my health. The appearance of my tooth—mismatched in color and shape—has taken a toll on my self-esteem. I avoid smiling, feel constant discomfort, and struggle with everyday confidence.
