This woman pictured is my powerful and strong mother Olga. One of the strongest people I’ve ever known. She battles with a lot of health issues and pains and she deals with it as life comes at her. Recently, one of her teeth towards the front of her mouth cracked in half. The other day she bit into something and the rest of her tooth was gone. I’ve never seen something shake my mother’s confidence before, but this did. It’s made her feel like she can’t even go out to shop for groceries.

She saw her dentist. She has Medicare and she was told that what she really needs is a dental bridge, which will cost far more than we have to cover. She’s looked into dental schools before and was told she doesn’t qualify. So we have turned to crowdfunding. She’s unaware at this time but truly hoping we can get something going for her.

Anything can help, even simply sharing this. There’s a lot going on this world, I know, but if there’s a place to help out mom… I’ll take that chance.
