Help Olga Recover After a Tragic Accident

We are heartbroken to share the tragic news of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Anton Bakai, who lost his life in a motorbike accident on Saturday, July 12th. Anton was a kind, dedicated, and deeply loved member of our community.

His wife, Olga, was with him during the accident. She survived, but sustained multiple severe injuries, including a fractured pelvis and broken legs. Olga now faces a long and difficult road to recovery, requiring a series of complex surgeries and expensive metal implants to restore mobility and function.

Beyond the physical pain, this tragedy has left Olga and her family in a vulnerable situation. Anton was the family’s sole provider, and his sudden loss has created both emotional and financial hardship.
