Please Help Olga Lukina Fight for Her Life and Recovery
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted souls,
Last Sunday, our beloved friend Olga Lukina suffered a sudden and devastating stroke. One ordinary day turned into a nightmare for her and her family.
She was rushed into emergency surgery and spent five long days in the hospital. Each day of hospitalization costs approximately $600. While the hospital has compassionately covered part of the expenses, a significant portion remains the responsibility of her family.
But the hardest part is this — during additional examinations, doctors discovered that Olga has a congenital heart valve defect. This condition caused abnormal blood flow and likely contributed to her stroke. Now, as she is still recovering, she is facing another major battle: open heart surgery, planned for April or May.
Imagine trying to heal from a stroke while knowing another life-threatening surgery is ahead.
Olga had just found a new job. She was hopeful. She was rebuilding. She was stepping into a new chapter of her life. And suddenly, everything stopped.
If you know Olga, you know her heart. She is incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to help others. She has supported so many people through difficult times — including me. She never hesitated when someone needed her.
Now she needs us.
She has a loving husband and a wonderful son who are standing by her side every minute. But the emotional pain and fear are already overwhelming — and the financial pressure makes it even harder.
We are trying to raise $35,000 to help cover:
Hospital expenses
The upcoming heart surgery
Ongoing medical care
Rehabilitation and recovery
In America, medical care is life-saving — but it is also incredibly expensive. No family should have to choose between health and financial survival.
Please, if you can, donate.
If you cannot donate, please share.
Even a small contribution matters. When many people give a little, miracles happen.
Let’s surround Olga with the same love she has always given to others.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your kindness.
With hope and gratitude,
Iryna
