Help Oleg bounce back from surgery and the loss of income.

This fund is to help our brother/friend and enigmatic Kitesurfing instructor Oleg in the Outer Banks to recover from an emergency surgery to remove serious infection. If you know Oleg, you know how much he has given to the community and the positive energy of the OBX life. Please consider any amount towards the cost of surgery and at BEST a two month recovery for the open cuts to heal.
