Hi my name is Hannah, Sarah’s little sister. As some of you may know, Sarah was airlifted to Vancouver as her baby was having some rare heart complications.

The doctors have informed her that she will be there for the foreseeable future (minimum of 2 months).

Expenses are adding up and in order for Sarah’s partner Graham to stay down in Vancouver with her, we are asking for your help. As this situation is so rare, baby could come at any time and Sarah needs Grahams support!
