On July 11, our friend, and fellow Edgewood officer , Tyler Creech, started his day out by going to the gym as usual.  That ordinary day would be far from ordinary.  As Tyler left the gym he had a seizure and passed out.  After arriving at the hospital he was seen by several doctors and his evening was full of test.  Overnight this officer, father, friend, husband and dedicated community servant, went from seemingly healthy to getting unfortunate news.  Tyler was informed that the seizure was caused by a tumor on the top of his brain.  Subsequently,  the tumor was biopsied and determined it was cancerous.   

While doctors have a promising plan in place that includes radiation, chemo and time off work.  Friends of Officer Creech,  are looking to help gather funds to assist this young family in the fight whether it be medical costs,  help with any bills or any expense.  Easing Tyler's stress of supporting his family will in turn help him heal. 

If you've had the chance to talk to Tyler, I believe it would be hard to say you haven't met a nicer guy and didn't have a good conversation.  We all want to see Officer Creech get back on his feet as fast as possible.
