Hi friends! My name is Octavia Hill, and I’m honored to share that I’ve officially qualified to represent Team USA at the IPF World Championships in Costa Rica.

I started powerlifting in high school in 2021, not knowing just how much this sport would change my life. What I started out doing “just for fun” turned into a passion. Over the years, I’ve poured so much into this sport… the training, the discipline, the setbacks, and the wins. It’s shaped me in more ways than I can count.

Now, I’ve been given the opportunity to compete on the world stage alongside the strongest in the sport while representing my country.

I’m so excited and beyond grateful for this opportunity. It’s truly a dream come true but as you can imagine, it’s not cheap. Between travel, lodging, and competition fees, it adds up fast.
