I started Cat Feeders of Hawaii to support the dedicated volunteers who care for Oahu's feral cat colonies every single day. Our feeders provide food and fresh water to thousands of cats, monitor colonies, and help trap cats for spay and neuter programs that humanely reduce the population over time. The Hawaiian Islands are home to an estimated 2 million feral cats, and this work is constant, compassionate, and often unseen, but it makes a real difference for the cats who depend on these colonies for survival.

Many of the people doing this work are struggling themselves. Some of our caretakers are homeless, and their cats often go hungry when resources run out. Others are retirees or people of limited means who spend hundreds of dollars of their own money each month and give countless hours to care for these animals. I am raising funds so we can help provide the food and supplies they need to keep showing up for the cats who rely on them every day.
