Hi my name is Nyvee and I need your help!

I came to Australia in 2024 with the hope of building a real future here :)

Over time, I built a life I’m proud of: friendships that feel like family, memories that changed me, and finally a sense that I had found my footing. I even found a workplace willing to sponsor me, something that felt like a huge turning point

But after a motorcycle accident caused by a pothole on the road (cheers VicRoads), I was unable to work for a period of time and because of that I lost my sponsorship. What hurts most isn’t just the visa stress, but the thought of having to leave behind the people I love and start all over again somewhere else, when this finally felt like home.

I’m now trying to apply for a different visa to stay, but with only a couple of months left on my current one, I’m unfortunately not eligible for any loans or financial support. I’ve never been good at asking for help, but right now I really need it
