My name is Nykita. My family and friends call me Kita or Nykki. I grew up in Camden County, GA, where I currently reside. I'm a mother of a 12-year-old daughter. When I was pregnant with her, I was diagnosed with a vision disorder called Keratoconus, which causes the cornea to weaken and dissolve over time. Gratefully, I'm still pushing through daily.

I work in the medical field as a Med Tech/CNA and am looking to further my career path, but due to my condition, my journey has been on hold since being diagnosed. I have finally gotten the opportunity to get the surgery transplant at no cost to me, but I am responsible for covering anesthesia and the surgical center where this procedure will take place. I'm asking EVERYONE that is willing and capable to assist me with this surgery process so that I can get back to LIVING! For so long, I've been shut down, going to work and home because of my vision limitations, and I just need your help in doing this cornea transplant as well as a scleral soft lens for my right eye.
