Help Nydia Vazquez with Cancer Treatment Costs

Hi! My name is Veronica, and I, along with our friends and colleagues, am making this GoFundMe for our dear friend Nydia Vazquez. Many of us are fortunate to work alongside her, and I know throughout the years others have too. We all know what a wonderful, caring, and absolutely great person Nydia is.

Unfortunately, a month ago, she was diagnosed with occult breast cancer. Upon being diagnosed, she has had several appointments in Houston, Texas, and has had to travel back and forth from McAllen, Texas.

Next week, she will begin months-long chemotherapy treatments at MD Anderson in hopes to shrink the cancer tumors. After the chemotherapy, if all goes as planned, she is scheduled to undergo surgery and then radiation.

We are kindly asking for anything you may be able to contribute to help Nydia and her family with the expenses she is incurring with the weekly trips to Houston, flights, hotels, medical expenses, etc.
