Hello, my name is Wendy Zapata and I’m helping fundraise for my sister Nydia Fraire. This past December, Nydia was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since her diagnosis, she has had to travel to and from Oklahoma City for appointments and will continue as she continues to seek treatment. In addition to treatments, she will continue her full-time job and take care of her 2 young children. This diagnosis and subsequent treatment will undoubtedly put a strain on her and her children mentally, physically, and financially. So, I am fundraising on her behalf to help with her medical and travel costs to ease her financial strain. My family and I also hope this can serve as a space for her friends and family to show their love and support for Nydia and her children.
