## UPDATE: We’re Getting Closer — Thank You for Helping Us Take the Nxt Step!

Dear Family, Friends, and Supporters,

We wanted to share an exciting update and express our sincere gratitude as we prepare for the Texas Court Reporters Association 2026 Annual Convention, September 10–12 in The Woodlands, Texas.

On Thursday, September 10, we will have the privilege of presenting an educational seminar entitled:

“Medicare Made Clear: What Every Court Reporter Should Know.”

This opportunity will allow us to provide valuable, easy-to-understand Medicare education to professionals attending the convention.

And we have already been tremendously blessed!

The **Texas Court Reporters Association (TCRA)** has graciously provided our exhibitor booth/table at no cost. After the educational session, this space will give attendees an opportunity to connect with us, ask additional questions and, if they choose, schedule a private consultation for a later date.

### Why We Still Need Your Help

As we entered the final stages of preparation, we learned that several necessary convention expenses were not included with our booth.

For example, exhibitors who need **electrical service and reliable Wi-Fi must purchase those services separately** through the convention hotel's technology provider.

For our booth, these services are important. We need reliable power and Internet connectivity to operate our laptops and electronic scheduling tools so that attendees who voluntarily request additional assistance can conveniently schedule a future private consultation.

We also have remaining expenses associated with **travel, printing, educational materials, presentation and booth supplies, and other necessary convention-related costs.**

We are currently finalizing those expenses so that we know exactly what will be required. Rather than provide an estimated amount today, we want to be transparent and responsible about what we are asking our supporters to help us accomplish.

### Will You Help Us Complete the Journey?

Two significant needs have already been met through the generosity of **TCRA and Ms. Wanda Turner**.

Now we are asking our family, friends, colleagues, church family, and supporters to help us cover the remaining expenses and complete the final steps.

**No contribution is too small.** Whether it is $10, $25, $50, $100 or another amount, every contribution helps move us closer.

If you are unable to contribute financially, you can still help tremendously by **sharing our fundraiser with someone who may want to support this educational opportunity and by keeping us in your prayers.**

We are grateful for every donation, every encouraging word, every prayer, and every person who believes in what we are working to accomplish.

This opportunity is about more than attending a convention. It is another opportunity to **educate, serve, and help people make informed decisions about the next chapter of their lives.**
