Hi, my name is Geraldine. I’m fundraising to save money for my dog Nutella so she can walk again. She had just celebrated her 3rd birthday on 10/25. Nutella is a loving, sweet girl, often mistaken for a little black bear. She loves to play around in the grass, fight with her older sister Bebecita, and do tricks for her favorite treats.

She suffers from multiple orthopedic issues and will need 3 surgeries to help repair her left hip (FHO), left cruciate ligament rupture, and right knee. She will need about 6-10 weeks of recovery and physical therapy to get her (partly) back on track before she goes into the next steps/surgeries. The vet estimates that the surgeries would range from $10,000-$12,000 per surgery, for an estimate of approx. $30,000 (not including her blood work, office visits, medications, and physical therapy).

Nutella underwent her first surgery on 11/11 and is currently recovering and taking medicine for pain.
