I am Nurse Khaled Qwaider

Since the first day of this war, I have been at the forefront of my duties, while everything around me changed and emergencies began to spread across every neighborhood in the Gaza Strip. During this time, the hospital adopted a full emergency schedule, requiring me to spend all my time at the hospital without leaving for any reason.

This has been a significant burden, but I have endured it to save the injured and wounded members of my community. Many long nights went without sleep, especially during the early months of the war.

However, the greatest challenge has been providing basic food necessities for my family amid rising prices and increased inflation, which has caused me frustration due to my inability to meet these needs.

Additionally, my wife is pregnant and nearing her delivery, and I need to ensure proper nutrition, clean water, essential supplements for her, and also prepare the necessary items for our newborn.

When my situation became increasingly difficult and I struggled to provide for my basic needs, I decided to create this campaign to seek your support and help me overcome these challenges. I am grateful for your contributions and for sharing this campaign.
