Help nurse bear back to health

Hi so my name is vivian covington my service animals name is bear. On May 13th i noticed my doggie wasnt feeling well so i gave it a few days then it turned into vomiting and not eating. I took him into the vet on May 24th they gave him a anitnausa shot hoping this would fix the problem. Long story short it didnt. I took him back the next day and they asked if they could take an xray so i said yes they saw what they said was a foreign body. Then thats when the word surgery was being thrown around. They told me the surgery was an exploritory surgery and quoted me $1,600 I agreed and signed the paper, which was supposed to include the price of staying the night.  My vet proceeded to call me as the day was coming to a close and told me he would need to be transfered to an emergency unit.  I politley agreed and took him there. the emergency vet quoted to $800 and told me i needed to pay a 50% deposit for the high end which was $600 so i did. I came back the next morning and they told me i owed them $175 so politley I paid.  I then brought him back to his regular vet directly after he was discharged from the er unbenounced to me they took him back to the back and told me to get him at the end of the day.  A few hours passed and I started to think the price has probably gone up by now, So I called sure enough they told me we were now up to $2,100. I politley said to the receptionist we cant afford that she said thats fine, but we will need the $1600 since you already signed for that I said, yes maam understandable but the rest will have to be in payments. She agreed and my day went on. The vet called back at the close of the day and told me he could go home on one condition that he would eat because he would have to take pills by mouth, my other option was back to the er. ( er has to be paid in full at time of visit) I took him home he did eat everything was great, I brought him back the next morning and they said he could be discharged, I was elated to have my baby bear back in the safety of his home. Unfortunatley this is not the end to mine and his story.  On friday May 21st i noticed some blood coming from his incision so i called my vet they said bring him lets check it out so they did and said it was fine. the blood continued to come out so i called back a few hours later and again i was told its fine and to bandage him up. So i went on with my day and went to sleep with him right by my side in my room at around 2 in the moring he woke me up to heavy breathing and pawing my arm. I walked out into the living room with him took his bandage off and there was blood everythere it was all over my house. So i called the emergency vet and they told me to bring him on down, so i rushed all the way there as fast as I could. We were there until 5 in the morning with the resolve of a comperesion garmet with absorbtion gauze layerd underneath it and $175 more broke than before.  We came home went back to sleep and all seemed fine I woke up the next morning went out and got a bunch of sanitary items so i could replace his pads and such. I started to notice the smell of roting corpse but i had previously been told multiple times it was okay. Sunday (today) rolls around and the smell is unbearable so I call the emergency vet and ask them what the problem is of course they said bring him in. I get to the emergency vet and they tell me this long list of things they need to do including a whole extra surgery i said uhhh okay i mean we are this far in and i want him to be okay. They quoted me $1200 saying he will need to be held ovenight and alot of other crazy words and that was why it was so expensive. They took a 50% deposit for the high end which was $745. They call me back not but two hours later saying he can come home. I go to pick him up they tell me his platlets are low his skin is dying and they put a drain in that drains directly onto  my floor, and basically told me we hope your regular  vet can help tomorrow after they had already taken $1200 from me. So we shall see what tomorrow brings, at this point we are alot of money in and just want him to be okay.  We need some financial help to get there though any thing you can donate will help I just want him better I am losing myself over this. I am not able to work currently because ive had to be with him all the time. Just for some reference I am a target employee and my husband is active duty military and we are drowning right now. This is my official cry for help.
