My name is Ahmed, I am a young nurse from northern Gaza.

I lost my home after it was completely destroyed, leaving me without shelter or income. Every day is a struggle just to survive. Food is extremely limited and very expensive. My family and I are surviving on just one meal a day.

On top of this, I have developed serious health issues: Helicobacter pylori and a severe fungal infection in my stomach, which cause constant pain and require both strict diet and ongoing medication. Without treatment, I am getting weaker.

Even in these conditions, I continue to volunteer as a nurse, caring for patients who cannot afford treatment, because I deeply love my profession and feel called to serve my people whenever I can.

If enough donations come through, my dream is also to buy a much-needed tent for shelter and to cover the fees to complete my nursing degree.

All donations are collected in Ireland through a verified account and then safely and transparently transferred to Ahmed in Gaza through trusted channels. We will continue to share updates so you can see the real impact of your support.

I want everyone to feel safe and confident when donating. Ahmed is a beautiful and caring person, passionate about life and his calling as a nurse. I have personally verified Ahmed’s identity, his current location in Gaza, and his living conditions. I am also in direct contact with him on a daily basis. In addition, I have access to his medical documentation and records, which confirm his situation and ongoing needs. This fundraiser is genuine, and all donations will go directly to support Ahmed and his family.
