Help Nowhere's Create a Gaming Community Hub

We are Nowhere's Store of Forgotten Lore — A newly opened comics and games shop located in Springfield, MO. We need your help renovating our space so we can offer more to our community!

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming place to enjoy comics, tabletop games, card games, and board games. We're focused on making a "home store" that promotes community building and boosts local creators. Our location is close to 8,000 square feet that we're splitting into retail, open gaming and tournament space, and even private gaming rooms and a lounge.

Our Needs & Our Work

We've been working on renovations for two years now, and thanks to the contributions of our initial donors and investors, we were able to open our retail floor last year! Our current renovations are focused on finishing our tournament and war gaming space, that way we can move on towards our private game rooms. We're currently raising funds for these renovations, the labor needed to make it happen, product restocks, and generally keeping the lights on.

About Us

Our current staff has sixty combined years of industry experience. We have a policy of hiring experts and listening to them. Over the years, we've seen the birth and subsequent loss of many shops like ours, and losing a home store leaves a hole in the community. We understand that these hobbies are more than just entertainment — They are connections to other people. They open pathways of communication and bonding. This especially includes local creators — We want to connect people to all the amazing artists, authors, and crafters right in their own backyards.
