On December 11, 2025, Nova EvoL and friends were pulled over in Lee County, NC for speeding. She is being charged with 9 offenses, after always maintaining a clean record and this being her first infraction. The officers were far overly aggressive. Officers hitting and pulling the passenger and her in the car, trying to pull both out of the vehicle. She, trying to protect her friend, leaned over and tried to protect him. She was unfairly arrested for charges such as resisting an officer that evening at 7:45 pm
