Help Norica's Family Rebuild After Hurricane

Donation protected
Hi Everyone, my name is Norica Vernon-Gayle. I am a Jamaican living in the United States. My heart is heavy and sad. My beautiful island was recently devastated by Hurricane Melissa. A lot of people in my family was impacted. This includes my uncles, my aunts, my cousins, and my in-laws. There’s a long list. Even the images of my alma mater breaks my heart. They are in some of the most affected areas of Jamaica, which are Westmoreland and St. James. They lost their roofs, their homes, and some their livelihoods. I'm raising funds to help them with first providing food, water, shelter, and then start rebuilding their lives. In Jamaica, we have a saying, "Every mikkle mek a mukkle"—every little bit helps. Please financially support us however you can.

The funds will be used to buy tarps, food, solar powered hand held batteries and lights, food, water, and whatever else is needed for immediate relief.

From a grateful heart
Norica
