Help Nóri and her family fight Leukemia

In December 2023, just a few days before Christmas, a close friend of ours, Nóri, was diagnosed with Leukemia at the young age of 30.

In addition to fighting Leukemia, Nóri is the loving mom of two beautiful daughters, one of them a child with special needs – her 7-year-old daughter Izabella has Phelan McDermid Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that only occurs in 2-10 of every 1 million childbirths.

Nóri and her family are facing a double challenge and an uphill battle, but together, we can make a difference in their lives!

Living in Hungary, Nóri has basic health insurance, but the health care system does not cover all medical expenses and treatments. Also, due to her weakened immune system after the chemotherapy, Nóri will need to rent a separate apartment where she can stay in protective isolation.
