Nora, a gentle sweet giant, formerly held a position as a co-wilderness adventure guide and emotional support dog for at-risk teenagers. Now, 7-year-old Husky/Malamute Nora spends most of her retirement hiking, wading in the water, zooming around in the snow, and snuggling with her loving dog-dad Miles.

On Tuesday, Sept 10, Nora had an incredibly devastating accident that left her back left femur shattered.

Today, we are asking you to support Nora and Miles.

Nora’s treatment plan involves an expensive and time-sensitive repair surgery that is necessary to uphold her quality of life. The cost of this surgery could be astronomical – upwards of $12,000.
