The Ouda family home in Al-Safatawi was destroyed, forcing them to flee to Rafah. Since then, the family has been displaced nine more times to escape violent attacks. Following the truce in February 2025, Raghad and her family returned to northern Gaza, using previous donations to construct a shelter from scratch. As they weather ongoing threats, harsh conditions, and food scarcity, the Ouda family remains steadfast in their struggle for survival.

We have the opportunity right now to support Raghad and her family. While it is easy to hide behind the comfort of our lives, we must choose to keep our hearts open and stay connected to our humanity.
