On July 20, Nonu and her mom lost their home in a devastating apartment fire in Herndon, Virginia. Thankfully, both of them and their beloved cat made it out safely, but the fire destroyed nearly all of their belongings. Since then, Nonu and her mom have been staying with family as they work to rebuild their lives from scratch. They will be moving into a new apartment on Monday, but they are starting over with almost nothing.

Nonu has been a dedicated customer service representative at our company since October 2024. She is known for her kindness and willingness to help others, and now she and her mom need our support. The fire has left them without basic necessities—clothing, furniture, kitchen supplies, and other everyday items.
