For over 10 years, dogs have been at the heart of my life. What started as a love for animals grew into a career, a purpose, and a dream that I am so grateful to live every day. As a pet sitter and dog care professional, I have had the privilege of caring for hundreds of dogs, each with their own unique personality, needs, and quirks. Every dog I meet becomes part of my extended family. Whether they are shy, energetic, senior, anxious, or full of puppy mischief, I believe every dog deserves patience, compassion, and individualized care. Building trust with both pets and their families has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Last year, I welcomed my beautiful daughter Nevaeh into the world. This life-changing moment prompted me to stop working, and our household shifted to a single income. Now, I am ready to return to my passion and fulfill a long-time dream of expanding my services to the island pets. For years, I have dreamed of creating something even bigger for the dogs in our community—a safe, fun, and enriching mobile space dedicated to their happiness and well-being.
Today, I have the opportunity to purchase a used shuttle bus and transform it into a mobile dog facility, bringing specialized care, enrichment activities, and services directly to the dogs who need them. This project represents so much more than a bus. It represents a dream that has been growing in my heart for over a decade. It represents my commitment to serving dogs and their families in new and meaningful ways. It represents countless hours spent caring for animals, learning about their needs, and imagining how I can make an even greater impact.
