Help Noëlle Secure Her Home & Future After Her Coma

hi all-

I absolutely hate to have to do this… but the prolonged unexpected adverse circumstances of my life since october 2024 (you know: recovery from Legionairre’s Pneumonia that caused the 3 month coma, septic shock syndrome, +2 more hospitalizations in 4 months) has left me with no choice.

I have fought hard to get back to… well, LIFE, really. (even my aunt was ready to let them pull the plug when i was under!)

But now, some things have fallen back into place beautifully! My health seems to have finally stabilized (yay!). The doctors are amazed that my kidneys, lungs, heart have made huge progress. They say it is miraculous that they have come back to reasonable levels after they all had begun to shut down almost completely. My oxygen levels which had fallen below 50% multiple times have stabilized in the high 90%s. I had to learn it again but I can walk!! I can breathe freely without oxygen machine or ventilators!!

In the last few weeks I have been able to return to the business I started in May 2024. Hamptons Girl Friday is a pet concierge, personal assistant & fine gardening company. That allows me to utilize the talents i have developed outside the Hollywood realm. It is a way for me to be creative and self-sufficient, almost! I get to take care of others, their pets, husbands & gardens ( which i love!), while I continue on the road of recovering. I will even be back to teaching acting here in Sag Harbor at Bay Street Theatre in September (double yay!).

Though things are looking up, I still have a ways to go. All the bills, rent, & costs to get my car back on the road (thankss dmv!) built up while i was in hospital. No one could take care of it all since I didn’t have a pre-planned deathly illness. So the costs are considerable, a deeper hole than I am able to dig out of on my own. While I was gone people were in & out of my cottage, I had about $5000 cash saved for emergencies that went missing… was it stolen? There’s no way to know.

And so, here we are. My final missive, hopefully, to right the ship that went so off course in my absence. The hurdle right now is that my living situation is not secure if I don’t pay the back rent owed by THIS WEDNESDAY July 23, 2025. I have saved a little more than half of it. But, I must get the final $8000 to the owners ON TIME. If i cannot do this, i will lose my housing which is one of the only affordable rentals that exists in the area where I live. I have been in the same small cottage for the last 13 years, since I accidentally landed in the Hamptons. It’s not much but it’s not nothing. I don’t have many relatives left & the ones I do have are not interested in helping me.

I do not wish to ask for or be given a handout, but a hand up I will gladly accept so I can continue to rebuild my life into one of service to others.

I believe my Girl Friday business is viable to sustain the small humble existence I have been blessed to carve out. It has shown to be a minor success so far. I have built a loyal base of new & returning clients from a reputation of reliability & professionalism with a high standard of care for people & pets alike.

In some ways, I am asking for you: my friends, family, clients & fans to invest in my business by way of investing in me. If you feel moved to please contribute whatever you can, as soon as you can. No amount is too little, nor will it go unappreciated in any way.

I hope to find myself in a better place in the not too distant future so i may be able to help others, as I have been helped. I look forward to the opportunity to pay it forward! Thank you with all my heart.
