Help Noel Thrive Through Difficult Times

My name is Noel Cruz and I have been going through some tough times. I lost vision in my right eye and have started dialysis so can't currently work. I have tried government programs but they take too long (SSI takes 319 days to process applications). I need help with bills stacking up and getting my car back. I don't usually do this but running out of options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
