Help Noel Kucera with Rent and Medical Bills

My name is James M. Hamel and I would like to help my friend and previous coworker Noel Kucera

Noel Kucera was in the USA Army from 1967 to 1975.

Noel had been employed at Safe Flight Instrument, LLC. In NY from 2006 until recently when he had to retire due to his physical condition.

He is currently on permanent disability drawing a small amount weekly, as well as monthly Social Security. Between the two it is not enough to cover his rent, utilities, food and medical expenses.

Noel has not been able to pay his rent in full for the past couple of months and may be evicted. His dog and him will have nowhere to go.

Noel at this time is in poor health himself, his kidneys are failing, and he will need dialysis in the very near future. He also suffers from COPD.

Medicare has not paid any of him many Doctor bills. There is always a balance due.
