Help Noel Heal: EMDR and Ketamine Therapy Costs

Hi, I'm Noel Littlefield, I'm a mom, a student, an employee, and a union worker. I have also been a victim of CSA and SA. In the last year, it has become crystal clear to myself and my closest loved ones that I MUST get help for my mental health. I want to be the best mother, partner, friend, and community member that I can be. My mental health has gotten in the way of that over the years.

I am currently in EMDR therapy and ketamine therapy. The total cost for both treatments is near $7,000 due to my high deductible health insurance. I would literally never be able to experience this healing journey without the kindness, compassion, and generosity of my partner and chosen family. I am forever thankful and grateful for every person who has offered financial help (thank you Bryce and Rosie), offered to buy groceries (thank you Caity), and offered kind words of compassion and encouragement (literally so many people, I could not name all of you if I tried. I am truly so blessed with a loving community).

I am working my regular job, working for my union, going to school, caring for my daughter, and going to therapy 3-4 days a week. This time has not been easy, in fact, this journey is exhausting and difficult. It feels deeply unfair that I must do the work to heal from the violence imposed on me from men who deemed me unworthy of kindness or care. I am truly trying my hardest and doing my absolute best to be a better person.
