Noel passed away on Thursday morning and any help would be appreciated

My name is Noel, and I am 23 years old. I have been medically fragile for most of my life. Three years ago, I came home to live with my cousin, who is my second mom and someone I chose to care for me. At that time, we were told I wouldn’t have much time left, but through love and hard work, we were able to share some amazing moments and do incredible things together.

Recently, my health has declined, and I am now living in a skilled medical facility, relying on a ventilator. Living here means I receive only a small monthly allowance for all my personal expenses.
