With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Noel on Wednesday, 4/5/23. He fought a good fight and it pleased God to call him home. His family, especially his children, misses him terribly but takes comfort in knowing he is now free of pain and suffering.

We would like to give Noel a proper and beautiful send-off befitting the kind of person he was. Any donation towards this cause will be greatly appreciated- whether monetary, labor, or any rentals you can provide.

My name is Jascelle and together with Noel's sister, Marissa, we are raising funds on behalf of Noel to help with medical treatments.

Last June, Noel was diagnosed with stage IV carcinoid that metastasized in his liver. Because carcinoid tumors don't usually cause symptoms, it was in its late stage when the cancer was discovered. Currently, Noel is being treated at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. However, his treatment has left him in constant severe pain, unable to hold down food and medication, and his stomach distended from his progressively swollen liver. A port is needed to aid with medication and chemotherapy but even with insurance, the cost is substantial.

Noel has 3 girls that live out-of state, one of which is a cancer survivor herself. They would visit their father during school breaks. Unfortunately, Noel is unable to spend the much needed time with his kids because no amount of medication can make him comfortable enough to be with them.

It is of no surprise to anyone who knows his situation that he is no longer able to work and soon enough, his insurance will run out. Money is extremely tight as his family is dealing with another medical issue relating to his father. If you are in any position at all, please help them with the cost of treatment-no amount is too small. Most importantly, your prayers and well-wishes are greatly appreciated and means a lot to Noel.
