My friend Noble needs help paying for first month's rent and a security deposit on safe, stable housing. When his current rent became too damn high, through his community connections Noble found an affordable, sustainable option that he'll be able to share with a roommate, significantly cutting down on his costs over the long-term. However, without some help with the initial payment, he's at risk of becoming homeless when his lease is up in February.

Noble and I met almost three years ago through community outreach - just one of the many ways that Noble is deeply involved in service and community. Noble takes the fact that his is the generation to reckon with and heal our current moment very seriously. He's an organizer with vision and a critical thinker trying to make the world a better place. He has grit, courage, and cares for many - often before himself.

With rent skyrocketing in Philadelphia and across the country, it's especially hard for young people to find stable, living-wage work to support themselves in a punishing economy when resources are already scarce. I'm confident that with affordable, sustainable housing, and new opportunities coming his way in 2026, Noble will be able to get on his feet and continue to do what he does best - organize, strategize, and fight for a better world.
