CHANGED: Help Cover Nobby’s Memorial Funds. 7-14

UPDATE as of 7-15-2024: unfortunately Nobby passed away last night. I am working on reaching out to everyone about refunding your kind donations, but if you’d like us to keep them, we will put them towards his memorial service and come up with a transparent itinerary as to what we could use your donations to cover, so that you can decide if you’d like your donations to go towards that or not.

HIS STORY:

Nobby was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in early March of 2024. As his family, we are raising funds so that Nobby can have 24/7 hospice care in the comfort of his own home.

Nobby is loved by family and friends all over. As soon as he shared his diagnosis with his people, everyone flocked to be there with him. We are all spending as much time with him as possible.

Nobby is a sensitive and kind soul, a lover of the natural world, and a beloved brother, son, friend, uncle, and human. He spent many years guiding travel tours and photographing the natural world across the beautiful US landscapes.

He is also a Navy veteran and served from 1981-1988, but unfortunately the VA will not provide support for him at this time because he served during a window when you needed to be a wartime vet in order to receive assistance later on. So, we are calling upon our community to ask for help.

Our goal is to support Nobby with whatever he needs in order to feel comfortable and at ease. We will be here for him no matter what. Every donation and share of this fundraiser means the world to us. Please donate and share this as far and wide as possible, we need your help!
