Help A Singer Sing Comfortably Again

Music is my life. Singing is everything to me; I truly believe it’s what I was born to do.

I’ve always wanted to become an artist that inspires and comforts people with my art. I’m determined to make the world a better place through the resources I gain with my success!!

I’m extremely lucky to be in a position every independent artist dreams of. After reaching the finals of a Korean Survival Program in 2023, I’ve now been blessed with a kind and dedicated base of supporters that watch me and contribute to my career as a musician over on TikTok LIVE. I’m making money from my music! I’m playing my first headline show this September !!

But… at the mouth of this success, of course the universe decides to throw a spanner in the works….

Since 2022 I have been suffering with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction that has been getting progressively worse. In 2023 it began to affect my singing, and now, near the end of 2024 I am impacted everyday by difficulties that threaten to lock me away from my singing voice completely.

[It’s very uncomfortable to sing basically all the time, and not being able to hit notes I should be able to is so demoralising. I have lost count how many times I’ve been in tears unable to sing. This video is from June and many of the weird sounds such as the clicking in my mouth now happen at 20-50x more frequently.]

I have been to multiple ENT’s, tried multiple treatments, and nothing has worked.

I was taught tricks during my first ever singing lessons in Korea in 2023 that enabled me to work around my issues and bring some relief for some time. But the issues get worse everyday and now I have only a fraction of the ability I did just a year ago.

The good news:

However, on the brink of my return to Korea–we have finally had a diagnostic breakthrough!!!

After a consultation with The Myofunctional Therapy Clinic they explained to me exactly what my issues are, how these issues began, and most importantly, how they can fix them!!!!!!

This therapy is holistic in nature and therefore not covered by the NHS. I don't have private health insurance, so I have to pay for this treatment out of pocket.

So I’m reaching out to anyone who wishes to help me. I will continue to pay for this treatment via a payment plan spread over the next 6 months (about £400 a month + the cost of sessions with a bodyworker as advised) and use the remainder of my pay check to survive whilst I’m pursuing music in Korea.
