Help Noah with medical bills and rehabilitation

Thank you for checking on this page and taking the time to read this. This is a collaboration from Noah's family.

On 12/23/2022, Noah was involved in a single-car accident after his tire blew out causing him to lose control and his car to flip several times. While he did not lose consciousness, he was unable to get himself out of the car. He quickly realized that he had no sensation or feeling below his chest and could hardly move his arms. He was quickly taken to a nearby hospital. We received the terrible news that Noah suffered a C5-C6 anterior subluxation, a spine injury that was putting pressure on his spinal cord. The hospital he was at did not have the proper equipment or personnel to provide him with the care he needed. The time was ticking to relieve the pressure on his spinal cord. The closest hospital capable of such care was in Pittsburgh about an hour away from where he was. Unfortunately, the weather conditions were prohibitive for air transport and ground was the only option. It took 24 hours from the time of the accident to get him to Pittsburgh where he went straight to the operating room for decompressive surgery. He did well on post-op day 1, however, his repeat MRI showed that there was still some residual compression and a need for additional stability. He went for his second surgery on Christmas and thankfully everything went smoothly. Currently, he is awake but remains intubated on the ventilator. His lowest level of movement is his biceps. He has no movement below his elbow down to his feet. For a 22 year old, very active kid who just became a lead facility maintenance tech for Travel Centers of America and finished his electrician education, this is a life-changing event. At this time it is unclear what functionality he will regain and what he will be able to do. In order to give him the best chance at recovery he will need the best aggressive rehabilitation. He has a long road ahead of him and we would be ever grateful for even the smallest contribution to his recovery.
