Help Noah Liechti Study Wildlife in South Africa
Donation protected
My name is Noah Liechti, and I am a Fisheries and Wildlife major with an emphasis in conservation biology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am fortunate enough to be able to take a study abroad trip to Kruger National Park in South Africa at the end of May 2025.

It's a month-long trip where I will be learning and living out in the wild for a month. I will be able to understand the practices of wildlife conservation on some of the most endangered animals in the world, like the elephant, rhino, lion, etc. Ever since I was 10 years old, I've dreamed of working with African wildlife and wildlife conservation. I was always fascinated by every creature in the African plains and wanted to learn everything about them. When I learned that the majority of species face extinction, I knew that I wanted to help in any way I could. I've been dead set on a career dealing with wildlife conservation in Africa ever since.
This trip will not only allow me to see African wildlife every day, but I will gain experience and knowledge that will advance my career possibilities tremendously. Now that I have the opportunity, I need a little help. The trip is expensive. I've been working as many hours as I can, picking up extra shifts, and saving money any way I can, but a little extra boost would help me out greatly. Thank you :)
