Hi everyone, My name is Noah Sanchez and I’m from Madera, California. I’m a junior at Minarets High School; over the past year, I have competed in speech and debate competitions through my local league. In the last month, I qualified in two separate events to compete at, and travel to, the National Speech and Debate Association Competition in Louisville, Kentucky this June. Because of the length of the competition, I will most likely be there for 9-10 days. As you know, plane tickets are expensive, travel is expensive, everything is expensive. I’m asking for your support to help take care of some of those expenses. In truth, I am asking to help with my team’s cost, as I want to help others as well as myself. At the moment, we do not have a lot of money: we need clothes for the trip, dress shoes, and need cash to take care of food costs. Of course there are plane tickets to be purchased and hotel rooms to pay for as well; I greatly appreciate any and all donations, I promise they will be put to good use. Thank you so much.
