Help Noah and Jason Through Bone Marrow Transplant

I’m reaching out on behalf of our amazing Noah, our 12-year-old nephew, who is currently facing the biggest battle for his life at this young age. Noah was diagnosed in December with aplastic anemia a rare and life-threatening condition where the body stops producing enough new blood cells.

After months in the hospital, this weekend he will begin the bone marrow transplant procedure. His father, Jason, will be his donor. We are praying with every fiber of our being that Dad's marrow will once again give this incredible kid the platelets he needs to come home and start to rebuild. While the road to recovery will not be easy for either of them, we are counting the minutes until the day we can see Noah back in school, on the basketball court, and just really have the ability to hug him again when he comes out of isolation. This time we will never let go.

Anyone who has ever known the Davis family knows they are the most God fearing, loving, and supportive people. I will never understand why this is happening to a family that brings nothing but love to this world, and to a child who exceeds every expectation of what an amazing young man is, and will be.

What can we do? What can you do? Pray, above all please call on God to bring Noah home. And, donate, the financial hurdles of months in the hospital is real.
