Hello everybody, I'm Noah and I'm a transsexual man asking for your help in order to raise these funds so I may afford top surgery.

I'm having to pay out of pocket due to not being able to afford insurance; like many Americans and others elsewhere in the world.

These funds would not only help me to be able to afford top surgery, but to be at peace within myself and my body. Existing this way without it causes severe anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies and I end up having emotional/mental breakdowns at least a couple times a week due to not being born correctly as the man I am. I wish to be comfortable and happy in my skin, like others do too. To feel a sense of normalcy would be enough for me. Any and all help is appreciated!
