Help No Coast Taqueria Open Its Doors

Have you ever dined at a Mexican fusion restaurant? Neither have we, and that's what my husband, Beau Williams, wants to bring to our local community. As a chef for 17 years, he has cultivated a menu that is bold, full of flavor, and unlike any other taqueria. Now, we just have to get the doors open.

After getting married in 2020, Beau bought a hotdog cart, modified it to be an outdoor kitchen, and began setting up at outdoor events to sell tacos to the masses. While No Coast Kitchen (our mobile food business) delivers delicious food at an exceptionally fast rate, Beau has so much more creativity to share with others. So in 2023, when we got the opportunity to host a pop-up restaurant once a month at a local cafe (hello, LuAnn's, we love you!) we jumped at it.

The menu at our now biweekly pop-ups is just a fraction of all that Beau has to offer. His vision of Mexican fusion is using flavors and dishes from around the world presented through the lens of Mexican cuisine. The food will be unpretentious, full of flavor, and appealing to the masses. No Coast Kitchen will become No Coast Taqueria.

We envision an environment that is casual and relaxed, welcoming anyone from families with small children to taco connoisseurs who might order one taco at a time. Picture a brewery without the beer. And we've actually found the ideal location- an already-functioning restaurant ready to be taken over, needing a few pieces of equipment, a dining room facelift, and a great chef.

We are very close to making No Coast Taqueria a reality, but lack the upfront capital to feel secure about this next step. Having three kids in the last four years and purchasing a first home can do that to capital! So, we are asking our loyal customers, our local community, our friends and family who have been incredibly supportive throughout the years: if you can, please help us open these doors! We are seeking financing for kitchen equipment, cosmetic changes to the property, and hiring 1-2 staff members.

Anyone who donates will be invited to our Soft Opening party, where we will debut our full menu to those who helped us achieve our goal. We are very open to making this an investment opportunity as well! With a lot of luck and a little love, we hope to fill the house with fans like you who have made it this far in reading!!
